Dave brings deep experience in a range of functions such as strategic planning and road mapping, operating model design, portfolio and program management, government procurement, bid and market entry strategies, data analytics, cost reduction, asset management, system of system engineering/enterprise architecture, supply chain management, and innovation. Dave has held leadership and management roles over consulting practices; was previously a Board member and Chair of a not-for-profit defence industry association (Australian Defence ICT and Electronics Systems Association (ADIESA)); Vice President of the Australian Institute of Project Management Canberra chapter; Deputy Chief Engineer for Ball Aerospace Australia (now Qinetiq); and various engineering and project management roles in the Royal Australian Air Force.
